Shipping policy
It is the Customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery information prior to shipping of all orders. Blue Seas Tackle Co accepts no responsibility for orders shipped to incomplete, invalid, or incorrect addresses.
**Australia Post Parcel Lockers are not a valid address for delivery.**
Post Office boxes are an acceptable delivery address.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery when shipping services requiring proof of delivery are utilised.
In the event of a lost shipment, Blue Seas Tackle Co will communicate with the relevant shipping agent on behalf of the Customer, to attempt recovery of the order, but provides no guarantee of success. Orders returned to Blue Seas Tackle Co, by the relevant shipping agent, as not deliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addressing, may be subject to a reshipping fee.
